Whisper Call Analysis Pipeline: Turning Recordings into Coaching Recommendations
Built an automated workflow that processes batches of sales calls: Whisper transcription → NLP analysis → structured insights and next-day script improvement recommendations.
Context
Sales teams record calls, but reviewing them is manual and inconsistent. The goal was to convert unstructured audio into actionable coaching recommendations quickly.

Discovery
• Defined what “useful” means for end users (what helps tomorrow’s calls). • Tested different summary/insight formats for actionability. • Designed the pipeline for repeatability and batch processing.
Solution
• Batch call processing with Whisper transcription. • NLP analysis and recommendation generation. • Packaged outputs into a structured, easy-to-consume report for coaching and script iteration.
Result
